Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Perform system diagnostics and resolve technical escalations
- Document incident reports and update knowledge base articles

- Automate routine tasks using Python/Shell scripting
- Participate in weekly tech workshops and skill-building sessions

Qualifications
