Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift operations
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions with minimal downtime
- Document system logs and create incident reports using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless operations
- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and threat analysis protocols
- Participate in system upgrade testing and validation cycles
- Support backup recovery operations and data integrity checks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available for 20-30 hours/week on night schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
