Responsibilities

- Perform routine server maintenance and patch deployments
- Collaborate with global teams during off-hours escalation scenarios
- Generate performance reports for morning leadership review
- Participate in cross-functional tech sprints and knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic Linux/Windows command-line proficiency
- Available for 4x10 hour night shifts (6PM-6AM) for 10+ weeks
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment retrieval
