Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Document incidents and solutions using ITSM software (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with on-site teams for escalated issue resolution
- Conduct system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions
- Generate daily performance reports for shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Sunday-Thursday)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent coursework preferred
