Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including network connectivity and system diagnostics
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and innovation sprints
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company products
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT or related degree
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficient with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM) throughout summer
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site support)
