Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve escalated tickets

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Computer Science preferred)
- Available for 3+ nights/week (12am-8am schedule)
