Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets and customer inquiries during the night shift.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal software documentation and knowledge bases.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and security audits for client servers.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and issue handovers.
- Conduct data entry and verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support the installation and configuration of hardware and software for internal staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM) for the duration of the summer.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
