Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure tools
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and system outages
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and JIRA during handovers
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
- Contribute to automation projects for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in computer science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available 20-30 hours weekly (Monday-Friday 10PM-6AM)
