Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Available for 20-30 hours/week throughout summer
