Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight operations
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation sprints
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows and system patching
- Contribute to automation projects for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Sophomore/Junior standing)
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow preferred)
- Available for 20-30 hours/week through fall semester
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
