Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and incident response during night shifts
- Assist in data analytics projects using Python and SQL for operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization initiatives
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to sprint reviews
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new feature deployments

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited university program (Sophomore/Junior/Senior status)
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript (coursework/projects acceptable)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for minimum 20 hours/week during summer/fall term
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for night shift commute
