Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Perform routine system checks and monitor server logs during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Ticket Management: Assist the support team in logging, triaging, and resolving incoming technical tickets and customer inquiries.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and verify customer data into our CRM systems and databases.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
- Report Generation: Prepare daily status reports on system performance and ticket volume for management review.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal clients during evening hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (specifically 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) during the summer/fall semester.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web browsers.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote-friendly environment.
