Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal staff and clients.
- Perform routine system backups and data integrity checks.
- Log and track technical support tickets in the central management system.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations.
- Conduct nightly security audits to ensure compliance and data safety.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors regarding ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
