Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of incoming data and customer inquiries.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during night operations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain accurate records and generate daily operational reports.
- Support the IT department with software testing and documentation updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome).
- Availability to work a Night Shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM) schedule.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
