Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems during evening hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and reporting for nightly operations.
- Provide technical support to internal staff via chat and email channels.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on customer service scripts and responses.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve urgent technical issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting concepts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (for current high school students).
