Responsibilities
- Support nighttime operations for data center infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Assist with software testing cycles during off-peak hours
- Document technical processes and create procedural guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on after-hours deployment projects
- Analyze system performance metrics and report optimization opportunities
- Participate in 24/7 rotation coverage for critical systems
- Complete weekly progress reports for academic credit documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, 3-4 nights per week
- Basic proficiency in Python or Java programming languages
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
