Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and validation for nightly system backups and reporting.
- Monitor server logs and network performance metrics during off-peak hours.
- Assist the technical support team in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues for night staff.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on software updates and database integrity.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures in the company knowledge base.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a set night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
