Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and data integrity during evening operations.
- Assist the night operations team with data entry, processing, and reporting.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing communications and documentation.
- Provide basic customer support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company protocols.
- Document technical issues and escalate them to senior engineering staff promptly.
- Participate in weekly intern training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Freshman to Senior).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid Social Security Number and legal right to work in the USA.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
