Our night shift team is the backbone of our 24/7 operations, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support when they need it most. As an intern, you will work alongside senior mentors, learning the ropes of technical support, customer relations, and system monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Support Systems: Actively monitor ticket queues and respond to incoming inquiries during evening hours.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems for end-users, including software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Documentation: Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge sharing.
- System Testing: Participate in the testing of new software patches and system updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM or 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote and fast-paced setting.
- Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn.
