Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with the accurate and timely entry of complex data into our proprietary systems.
- Monitor production lines and digital systems to identify errors or discrepancies immediately.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all completed tasks to ensure 100% accuracy standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication during shift handovers.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems and physical archives as required.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve technical skills and operational knowledge.
- Provide feedback to supervisors regarding workflow improvements and potential bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior at an accredited university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred.
- Must be available to work a full-time night shift (typically 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to a 12-week summer internship program.
