Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance data during overnight operations.
- Assist the night operations team in executing daily workflows and protocols.
- Generate and review operational reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for IT and operational equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for the day shift team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline night processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (College Credit available).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
