Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, applications, and hardware during night shifts.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist senior technicians with system backups, updates, and maintenance tasks.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Conduct routine health checks on critical systems to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
