Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational data during night shifts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the processing and entry of critical information into our database systems.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Perform routine quality control checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Support the implementation of new software tools and internal processes.
- Participate in weekly intern shadowing sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Availability to work full-time during the summer (40 hours per week) on night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-time environment.
