Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and analyze data logs to identify trends and anomalies.
- Assist the senior engineering team with debugging and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on servers and network infrastructure.
- Document technical processes and update standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the evening shift to ensure project milestones are met.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced night shift setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required for Virginia-based roles.
