Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee internal databases and technical systems during evening hours to ensure optimal performance.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and analyze operational data to support the night shift team's objectives.
- Customer Support: Assist remote clients and internal departments via chat and email during the peak evening hours.
- Report Generation: Compile and generate daily performance reports and operational summaries.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues reported by the night operations staff.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (preferably in Technology, Business, or Communications).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A proactive mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
