Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the evening shift team with data entry, inventory management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor system alerts and production metrics, then generate daily reports for review by senior management.
- Customer Assistance: Provide support to internal and external clients during peak evening hours via phone and email.
- Process Improvement: Identify minor workflow inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to enhance productivity.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in nightly shift briefings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Undergraduate or Graduate).
- Academic Requirement: Must be able to receive college credit for this internship (approval from academic advisor required).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
