Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance during night shifts
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for client projects
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams for software testing and QA
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Respond to after-hours technical support tickets
- Shadow senior engineers on complex system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or JavaScript
- Comfortable working independently during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous internship or coursework in IT/tech preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
