Responsibilities
- Monitor & Support: Assist the technical support team with night-time ticket resolution and system troubleshooting.
- Data Integrity: Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in internal databases and CRM systems.
- System Monitoring: Oversee system performance and logs to identify potential issues during off-hours.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift engineers to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Reporting: Compile daily reports on system status and resolved tickets.
- Documentation: Update technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
