Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshoot basic technical issues during night shift hours.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night shift workflows and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote night shift setting.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
