Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the night shift team with monitoring production lines and ensuring workflow efficiency.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records for daily operations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality meets Apex standards.
- Inventory Control: Help track inventory levels and update stock logs in real-time.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to resolve operational issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations during night operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify minor inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the night shift workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento facility.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
