Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night hours.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic coding concepts or data entry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
