Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical support tickets during night operations.
- Assist in data entry and database management tasks.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on nightly reports.
- Communicate with team leads regarding overnight project updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital workspace.
- Learn and apply basic troubleshooting protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Strong interest in IT, Customer Support, or Data Operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
