Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during the night shift.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and generating end-of-day reports.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to hand over critical information.
- Provide exceptional customer support to local clients via phone and email.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on operational procedures.
- Attend weekly intern shadowing sessions to learn about company culture.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Must be able to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
