Responsibilities
- Support core development teams through coding, testing, and debugging of software applications
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for product optimization
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Document technical processes and create user-facing documentation
- Participate in nightly sprint planning and retrospectives
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to senior engineers
- Assist with QA testing and deployment procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (any major)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, GitHub)
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer months
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
