Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations during night shifts, monitoring systems and resolving technical issues
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and documentation for ongoing projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting initiatives using SQL and Python
- Adhere to security protocols and best practices in a regulated environment
- Document processes and create technical guides for future reference
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or C++)
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for night commute
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM) for 10-12 weeks
