- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve escalated issues and ensure continuity.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and maintenance checks.
- Assist in the deployment of software updates and hardware configurations.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (minimum 2nd year standing).
- Availability to work the night shift (e.g., 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be eligible for college credit for this internship.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
