Your Role
As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational excellence during evening hours. You will work closely with senior analysts to ensure data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze incoming data streams and customer inquiries during night operations.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks with high accuracy to support daily reporting.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of information and projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and compliance protocols.
- Document processes and create weekly progress reports for the management team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associateās or Bachelorās degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts, specifically between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts is a plus.
