Role Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented interns to support our 24/7 operational team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and network stability during overnight hours.
- Assist the night operations team with data processing, quality assurance, and report generation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff via secure channels.
- Maintain and organize digital archives, logs, and inventory records.
- Conduct routine system health checks, security updates, and backup verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight operational issues efficiently.
- Document all technical activities and report findings to the lead supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (minimum 2nd year) with a focus on IT, Business, or Operations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Office) and computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for the full summer term.
