Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures using ITSM tools
- Perform proactive system checks and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system updates
- Support user ticket resolution for off-hours technical issues
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Complete assigned training modules and certifications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous internship or helpdesk experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
