Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using SolarWinds and Nagios
- Assist in server administration (Windows/Linux) and cloud migrations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Participate in Agile sprints and code reviews for internal tools
- Respond to after-hours incident tickets via ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Sophomore/Junior level preferred)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) or Linux/CLI commands
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available for 20-30 hours/week from June - December
