Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security alerts during night shift rotations
- Document incident reports and troubleshoot network anomalies
- Assist with system patching and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure optimization projects
- Perform routine server maintenance and performance tuning
- Contribute to documentation of operational procedures
- Participate in cross-functional training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (12am-8am)
- Valid US work authorization required
