Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network systems during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal and external clients
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on system updates and projects
- Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via ticketing systems
- Assist with disaster recovery testing and documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Availability to work 12am-8am, 3-4 nights/week
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Previous internship or helpdesk experience a plus
