Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity drills and vulnerability assessments
- Support day-shift operations through knowledge transfer handoffs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related field (required for college credit)
- Available for full-time summer commitment (May-August)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
