Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure during overnight operations
- Document system performance metrics and create improvement reports
- Collaborate with global teams on disaster recovery simulations
- Troubleshoot network security incidents using SIEM tools
- Implement automation scripts for routine maintenance tasks
- Participate in agile sprint retrospectives with cross-functional teams
- Maintain compliance documentation for SOC 2 protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
- Experience with AWS/Azure or cloud platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Available for 3-4 nights per week (12-16 hrs/week)
- Must have reliable transportation for late-night commute
