Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for internal systems and remote employees
- Execute system backups, security patches, and software updates
- Document incident reports, performance metrics, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and cybersecurity drills
- Assist with hardware/software inventory management and asset tracking
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for night shifts
- Available for full-time summer commitment (June-August)
