Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot technical issues for internal clients during the night shift.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of software solutions.
- Document technical processes and create user guides.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Must be available to work evening/night shifts (e.g., 5 PM – 2 AM).
- Familiarity with basic scripting languages (Python, Bash) or SQL is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
