Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Business, Operations, or related field)
- Availability for 4-5 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Previous internship or project management experience preferred
