Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure during overnight hours
- Document system performance metrics and incident reports
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability scanning
- Collaborate with global teams during system deployments
- Perform routine maintenance on server networks
- Support disaster recovery testing procedures
- Participate in daily handover briefings with day shift
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows server environments
- Available to work 40 hours/week (10 PM - 6 AM Sun-Thurs)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with network monitoring tools preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must maintain reliable transportation
