Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during night shift operations
- Resolve technical issues and provide remote support to internal teams
- Assist with system updates, security patches, and backups
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Analyze system performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Participate in after-hours system deployments and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Nashville/GA locations
