Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Monitor server health and network traffic during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Ticket Resolution: Assist in triaging and resolving incoming technical support tickets submitted by internal teams.
- Documentation: Update technical logs, run diagnostic reports, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and cross-functional departments to address urgent issues.
- Security Audits: Assist in performing routine security checks and vulnerability scans of internal systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3 to 4 nights per week (shift hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and professional conduct in previous academic or work settings.
